40 € of administrative costs if this one is notified more than 30 days before the departure.
The amount withheld is 25% from 30 to 21 days, 50% from 20 to 8 days, 100% from 7 days to departure and in the event of no-show.
Cancellation insurance (€15) enables you to avoid these deductions on presentation of proof of the death of a family member (parents, brothers and sisters), accident or illness of the trainee, or loss of employment of one of the parents after registration.

This cancellation insurance does not include transport (SNCF accompaniment), only the week of camp.

• From now until 8 days before the trip, 50% deduction for each cancelled or modified seat.
• From D-7 before the trip, 100% deduction per cancelled or modified place.

If you wish to cancel an option taken out at registration, a €10 deduction will be applied to the refund of the option amount.

Terms of payment :

–Bank transfer: payment in up to 4 instalments – RIB to be downloaded from the payment module of the registration form (indicating the child’s name as a reference).

• Credit card: payment in 1 or 3 instalments free of charge

– Bank cheque: payment in up to 4 instalments (please indicate the dates of collection on the back of the cheques)

– ANCV vacation vouchers and sport coupons (sent by post, please use registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt)

– Aids: subject to agreements with the VACAF of 33, 64, the CAF and the Conseil Départemental of 40 and the MSA.

Registration will be validated on receipt of payment (full amount or €150 deposit), within 15 days of online pre-registration.
The balance must be paid at least 1 month before the start of the course.
